²Produced water quality:
Pure water: conductivity ≤ 5us/ cm@25 ℃, meets the Class III water standard of China National Laboratory Water Standards (GB6682-2008);
Ultra pure water: resistivity 18.25 M Ω• cm@25 ℃, better than the Grade I water standard of GB6682-2008 for Chinese national laboratory water, as well as the ASTM, NCCLS, CAP reagent grade pure water standards in the United States. Absorbance (254nm, 1cm optical path): ≤ 0.001; Soluble silicon [calculated as (SiO2)]:< 0.1 ppb.

²Adopting ultra large capacity American Rohm Haas nuclear grade deep processing polishing mixed bed four column ultra pure unit. The resistivity of the produced water quality through this system can reach 18.25 M Ω· cm.
²Waterborne imported high-quality (185/254nm) dual wavelength ultraviolet sterilizer, in which ultrapure water undergoes efficient circulation treatment to kill bacteria and digest trace organic matter.
²Using American and American ultrafiltration components with a molecular cut-off of 5000 Dalton, ensuring effective removal of heat sources from ultrapure water.
²Imported polyether sulfone composite membrane terminal sterilization filtration to avoid secondary pollution when using ultrapure water.
